Terms of Service

Every piece is handmade, so color, texture and finish can vary slightly from the photos, and from one piece to the next. Those differences are part of the work, not defects.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. If a piece is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you and refund you in full if we can't fulfill the order.

Shipping, damage claims and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Custom commissions follow the deposit and terms agreed when the commission is accepted.

The sculptures, designs, photos and text on this site belong to Sculptivated Carnivores. Buying a piece gives you the physical work; it doesn't transfer the right to reproduce the design or the photos. Please ask before using our images.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
