Pieces ship fully insured from Atlanta, Georgia, within the continental U.S. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Local Atlanta-area pickup or hand-delivery may be available at checkout.

You'll get an email with tracking details when your order ships.

Because each piece is one-of-one or made in very limited quantity, all sales are final once a piece ships. If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible at hello@sculptivatedcarnivores.com.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sculptivatedcarnivores.com with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Commissions follow the deposit and terms agreed when the commission is accepted, which take the place of this policy where they differ.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
