Accessibility Statement

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site has not been certified by an independent accessibility auditor — this statement reflects our own ongoing review, not a formal conformance claim.

What we've done

• Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
• A visible focus indicator on every interactive element, site-wide.
• Full keyboard support for navigation, the cart, the FAQ accordion, and the sculpture build-sequence slider.
• The shopping cart is built as an accessible dialog: focus moves into it on open, is trapped inside while it's open, and returns to what you were doing when it closes.
• Descriptive alt text on product, gallery, and sculpture-process imagery.
• Form fields with associated labels, inline error messages, and status announcements for screen readers.
• Motion and auto-advancing animations respect your operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and any auto-playing sequence can be paused.
• Text and background color pairings are checked against WCAG AA contrast minimums (4.5:1 for body text).

Known limitations

A few areas we're still working through:

• The card payment form is rendered by Stripe's own embedded checkout component; its accessibility depends on Stripe, outside our direct control.
• Promotional banners and sale badges are editable by the studio and are checked for contrast at the time of writing, but a future edit could unintentionally introduce a low-contrast pairing.
• This statement covers the public storefront. The studio's internal order-management dashboard is a separately authenticated tool not intended for public use.
